Welcome to the new Killaloe/Ballina Family Resource Centre Website

Today we are delighted to launch our brand new website that has been built and designed from the ground up by a dedicated team of website designers, journalists and user-experience architects with the goal of creating an easily accessible hub of information for the local communities of Killaloe and Ballina.

The Killaloe/Ballina Family Resource Centre first opened its doors to the community in July 2003 and while a lot has changed within the last 12 years, our vision has remained the same. Our goal is to develop practical, readily available links between service users and professional services so that information, support and guidance is available for every member of the community. We hope the new site can help to achieve that.

KBFRC aspires to be part of an inclusive and dynamic community by providing a well-resourced, secure Centre, staffed by a friendly team who will pro-actively support people seeking help and support. The new site helps accomplish this goal.

Information on courses, contact information and various services ranging from community group interaction to local events are now seamlessly integrated into the site. Our photo galleries allow you to see the day to day happenings here at the centre as well as numerous events that we’ve previously undertaken, while our handy Facebook feature means you stay up to date with all the latest news.

Our new live blogs make it much easier to stay up-to-date with information on new courses and upcoming events and throughout the year, our team will continue to develop this new site and will keep releasing little changes to it every day based on user feedback so please, get in touch and let us know what you think!
